F&B service supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ year's experience at a senior management level in a hotel, beach club or restaurant background.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional f&b services with a passion.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in english (spoken & written)
• The ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with the team.
• Strong project management, budget, and time management skills and an ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines.
• Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership of all duties and tasks assigned.
• Teamwork-oriented.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new application; proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
