Operational manager (corporate)

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a high-level operations role.
• Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel / hospitality sector.
• Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English language and strong background in Hotel sofware system VHP.

Responsibilies

• Leading the team and ensure them to live within ARM vision, purpose, pillar and values.
• Assist General Manager with his day-to-day responsibilities, induding dealing with customers, attending meetings, managing employees.
• Overseeing all Hotel & Resort & Villa operations to deliver an excellent guest experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.
