Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.).
- Licensed Advocate is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Legal Officer or in a related legal role.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and employment law.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Familiar with business licensing, permits, and compliance.
- Knowledge of property, hospitality, or real estate law is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare legal reports and documentation.
