Qualifications
- Female, max age 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures and familiar with HRIS.
- Fluent in english both, spoken & written.
- Good leadership and ready to work under pressure.
- Hands – on team player with positive attitude, hard worker and discipline.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to join immediately.
