Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various villa management positions.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain positive relationships with staff, addressing any issues or concerns.
Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring processes.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and company policies.
Min of 1 year in Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition preferably in hospitality or property management (Fresh Grad with Internship experience are welcome).
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Able to speak in English.
