Qualifications
A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in hospitality or villa management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Knowledge of property maintenance and housekeeping standards.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Proficient in ms office and property management software.
Fluent in english; additional languages are a plus.
Key responsibilities
Manage all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues promptly.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and management.
Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies and services.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Maintain property standards and perform regular inspections.
