Qualifications

• A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in hospitality or villa management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proficient in ms office and property management software.
• Fluent in english; additional languages are a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and management.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for supplies and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Maintain property standards and perform regular inspections.
