Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and online booking systems.
• Have an experience in e-commerce, reservations, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest information.
