We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Cashier to be part of our exceptional team. As a Cashier on board, you’ll play an essential role in delivering top-notch service and ensuring smooth operations during each guest's experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in high-end or fast-paced venues.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and payment processing.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills in both bahasa indonesia and english (written and spoken).
- Highly motivated, well-presented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Flexible in terms of working hours and days.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all onboard transactions, including cash, card payments, and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate the POS system, ensuring smooth and timely billing for all services provided.
- Handle financial reports, track sales, and assist in inventory management related to onboard sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with any payment-related queries, and maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Assist in upselling premium packages and services during guest interactions.
- Ensure that all cash-handling procedures and financial transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring a smooth and professional environment.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks related to the onboard operations.
Contract inclusions
- Competitive basic starting salary IDR 4,000,000 (four million) p.c.m.
- Service fees share of all onboard BWS sales including upselling, plus tips.
- Basic meals provided during service.
