We are looking for a general cashier for a new residence in seminyak.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the General Cashier field.
• Able to work under deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP are an advantage).
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and VHP system (preferred).
• Responsible for receiving, counting, storing, and depositing cash from the GRO.
• Reconciles daily cash deposit reports from GRO with actual cash and system records.
• ⁠Safely stores cash in the safe deposit box according to security policies and procedures.
• Prepares and performs bank deposits twice a week (Tuesday & Friday).
• ⁠Uses hotel system (VHP) and Excel for recording and balancing transactions.
• Prepares bank cash documents for external audit purposes.
• Verifies payment documents and prepares payment vouchers.
• Maintains confidentiality and trust in cash management.
• Completes bank cash and deposit reconciliations accurately and on time.
• ⁠Proactively seeks solutions and reports discrepancies or shortages to superiors.
• Strictly adheres to cash handling procedures and business process standards without compromise.
