• Strong knowledge of cash handling, pos systems, and payment processing.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills in both bahasa indonesia and english (written and spoken).
• Highly motivated, well-presented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Flexible in terms of working hours and days.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all onboard transactions, including cash, card payments, and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate the pos system, ensuring smooth and timely billing for all services provided.
• Handle financial reports, track sales, and assist in inventory management related to onboard sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with any payment-related queries, and maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Assist in upselling premium packages and services during guest interactions.
• Ensure that all cash-handling procedures and financial transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring a smooth and professional environment.
• Support the team with any other administrative tasks related to the onboard operations.

Contract inclusions

• Competitive basic starting salary idr 4,000,000 (four million) p.c.m.
• Service fees share of all onboard bws sales including upselling, plus tips.
• Basic meals provided during service.
• Annual holiday of 14 days per annum.
