• Leadership skills (RBM & FO supervisor).

• Driving License A (RBM & FO supervisor).
• 2+ years in 4/5 star hotels.
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, negotiation skills, and hardworking.
• Knowledge of Italian and Asian cuisine (Cook staff contract).
• Familiar with VHP System (RBM, GRO Mandarin & FO supervisor).
• Business awareness, target-oriented, manage F&B costs (RBM).
• Available immediately.
