Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Services, or Customer Service, preferably within hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming personality.
• ⁠Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Well-groomed, positive, and service-oriented.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems, membership platforms, and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage check-ins, registrations, and membership administration accurately.
• Respond to inquiries regarding facilities, memberships, and services.
• Support membership sales, renewals, and retention initiatives.
• Operate POS and internal systems while maintaining accurate daily records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless service delivery.
• Listen to and resolve guest feedback or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Front Office environment.
• Support community events and activities to enhance member engagement and overall guest experience.
