Employment details
- Full-time position.
- 40 working hours per week.
- 6 working days per week.
- 1 day off per week.
- Immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
- Coordinate the housekeeping team together with the Villa Manager.
- Inspect all villas and ensure they meet luxury guest-ready standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
- Check bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens and outdoor guest areas.
- Organise linen, laundry, amenities and housekeeping supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and report purchasing requirements.
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the Villa Manager.
- Train, guide and support housekeeping team members.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Respond professionally to operational changes and guest requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort or luxury villa.
- Experience supervising or leading a housekeeping team.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Responsible, organised, reliable and punctual.
- Able to communicate and work effectively with the Villa Manager and team.
- Basic conversational English is required.
- Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bali-based candidates are preferred.
- Available to join immediately .
