Qualifications

• Full time job only.
• Cannot have a part time job elsewhere.
• Good english oral and written.
• Knowledge of google sheet/doc/drive.
• Willing to learn new applications (notion, tally, and more).
• Must reside in bali.
• Preference for a person living close to umalas.
• Work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle communication with guests before and after check-in.
• Help to provide services to guests (transportation, scooter rental, massage, etc…)
• Help producing monthly reports
• Many other tasks related to the villa rental business.
• Be ready to work flexible hours.
• In office work, this is not a remote job.

Note

• Salary will depend on experience.

Qualifications

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
• Familiarity with the VHP system.
• Demonstrates discipline, teamwork, and a well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken english.
• Able to join immediately.

• Have experience in a similar role.
• Willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge and proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
• Fluent in both spoken and written english.
• Able to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Relevant education background.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the the similar position and hotel experience.
• Excellent english communication skills both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantage.
• Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated, a team player.
