Qualifications

  • At least 2 years in the same field, preferably 5-star hotel experience.
  • Minimum DI Hospitality or related field.
  • Managerial experience in restaurant or bar.
  • Active English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Service & Guest Experience, Financial Management, Inventory & Stock Management, Operations & Staff Management, Restaurant Health & Safety Compliance.
