Qualifications
- Previous (4/5 years) f&b sales/marketing experience is essential..
- Degree in sales/marketing/ PR.
- Highly motivated and capable of creating and maintaining a large client network.
- Focused on providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Creative and analytical with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Duties and responsibilities
- The sales & marketing manager, reporting directly to the owner, is responsible for driving business growth.
- Plan and execute all sales activities to increase revenue.
- Represent CP Lounge and engage with associations that can enhance sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends, recommending or implementing service changes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with all departments within the company.
- Set, execute, and adapt strategies to meet annual and monthly revenue targets.
- Stay updated on key market developments that impact business or create favorable conditions.
- Achieve specific targets and motivate the sales team to meet their goals.
