Your role
- Lead, manage and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Work with Resort Management on scheduling, training and performance.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient and thorough service.
- Train and develop the team to improve service delivery.
- Hands-on role: engage in cleaning of guest rooms and public areas while guiding the team.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens and place orders as needed.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Housekeeper or similar role in a 4★ hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- IT proficient in inventory, staff management and reporting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, professional, honest, conscientious, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and shifts.
