5 years of management experience in a high-level operations role.
Analytical, well-organized with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel / hospitality sector.
Creative and outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English language and strong background in Hotel sofware system VHP.
Responsibilies
Leading the team and ensure them to live within ARM vision, purpose, pillar and values.
Assist General Manager with his day-to-day responsibilities, induding dealing with customers, attending meetings, managing employees.
Overseeing all Hotel & Resort & Villa operations to deliver an excellent guest experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.
