Qualifications

  • SMK, Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in engineering is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering principles and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Perform inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues in villa properties.
  • Support the engineering team in executing preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
  • Provide technical support for villa systems and equipment.
  • Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Engineering Manager promptly.
  • Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with villa staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest industry practices.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of villa management systems and technologies.

  • Physical stamina: ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Communication skills: good communication skills in english; ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Time management: ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Work authorization: must be legally allowed to work in Indonesia.
  • Additional benefits: fuel expenses for work-related travel will be covered by the company, and a daily meal allowance will be provided.

  • Cleaning and maintenance: ensure all villa areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms, are meticulously cleaned and maintained to high standards.
  • Laundry and linen care: manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and storage of linens and guest clothing, ensuring they are always in pristine condition.
  • Inventory management: monitor and manage cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials to ensure sufficient stock is always available.
  • Guest interaction: provide excellent customer service by attending to guest requests, offering assistance when needed, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Report issues: identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly, ensuring villa operations run smoothly.
  • Mobile work: be flexible and willing to work across different villa locations in canggu, pererenan, and batu bolong with travel supported by a company-covered fuel allowance.
