Min. 5 years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures and familiar with HRIS.
Fluent in english both, spoken & written.
Good leadership and ready to work under pressure.
Hands – on team player with positive attitude, hard worker and discipline.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
