Housekeeping crew (liveboard)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping (hotel/villa/cruise/liveaboard) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules during sailing periods.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-service oriented.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest cabins, including bathrooms and toilets, following the company’s cleanliness standards.
- Make beds and prepare guest rooms before, during, and after each trip.
- Replace and wash towels (laundry service), including bath towels and dive deck towels.
- Ensure all linen, towels, and bathroom amenities are ready for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in cabins and guest areas throughout the voyage.
- Prepare and manage daily stock reports (canned drinks, snacks, bathroom amenities, etc.).
- Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs in the cabins.
- Communicate any guest complaints or special requests to the cruise director.
- Coordinate with the chief housekeeping and assist the chef when needed.
- Maintain personal hygiene and a welcoming attitude at all times onboard.
