- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational leadership role (hospitality/f&b preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate teams to achieve service excellence.
- Proficiency in english; additional languages are an advantage.
