Qualifications

  • Minimum 2– 3 years experience.
  • Have experience in GRO.
  • Good english.
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve services.

Villa supervisor

Professional knowledge 

  • Helps and assists all the guests in a friendly and educated manner. 
  • Shows amazing skills in anticipating guest’s needs and unrivalled attention to details. 
  • Conducts daily briefings with his/her team. 
  • Takes care of villa assignment, optimizing villa inventory and guest requests-preferences. 
  • Supervises and monitors the daily butler service operation and activities to ensure proper standards and products are delivere.
  • Coordinates with villa manager to contact guests on a daily basis to ensure complete satisfaction. 
  • Ensures uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace through own responsibility. 
  • Manages any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest’s satisfaction and recording it. 
  • Makes villa manager aware of every complain that erases within the villas after handling and resolving. 
  • Makes sure butlers inspect all villas prior to guests’ arrival to ensure all preferences are met and amenities are in place and in good condition. 
  • Builds a thorough rapport with guests and maintains interaction in order to facilitate guest recognition, obtains specific individual needs, likes, and dislikes in order to maintain guest history files.
