Qualifications

• Bali based.
• Fluent in bahasa and english - indonesian citizen only.
• Previous fashion experience would be ideal.
• Adobe CAD trained.
• Strong research skills.

• Not set hours, hours are subject to need.

The role

• Researching skills - finding factories, vendors or other suppliers.
• Drawing fashion garment specs - using adobe CAD.
• Shopify website style uploads and maintenance.
• Sourcing things needed for the office and store.
• Administration work - organising files onto the brands system.
• Communication to customers.
• Other assistant tasks to support the creative director / operations manager.
• Other creative tasks could arise under the assistance of the creative director such as photoshoot organisation and social media / pinterest content.

Qualifications

• Speaks english fluently.
• Good time management and attention to details.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in a similar position minimum 1 year, bonus if experience in a fashion brand but not mandatory.
• Based in bali.
• Full time/location bali, kerobakan.

Job tasks will be

• Administrative tasks.
• Stock material.
• Monitor rejects.
• QC.
• Monitor accessories stock.
• Samples control.
• Packing lists.
• Vendors communication.

Qualifications

• Bali based.

• Previous fashion retail experience would be ideal.
• Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a HR / general manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to details.
