Qualifications

  • Bali based.
  • Fluent in bahasa and english - indonesian citizen only.
  • Previous fashion experience would be ideal.
  • Adobe CAD trained.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to details.
  • Not set hours, hours are subject to need.

The role

  • Researching skills - finding factories, vendors or other suppliers.
  • Drawing fashion garment specs - using adobe CAD.
  • Shopify website style uploads and maintenance.
  • Sourcing things needed for the office and store.
  • Administration work - organising files onto the brands system.
  • Communication to customers.
  • Other assistant tasks to support the creative director / operations manager.
  • Other creative tasks could arise under the assistance of the creative director such as photoshoot organisation and social media / pinterest content.
