Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in bartending is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a bartender in a reputable establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation techniques.
- English proficiency.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating proportions.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
- Professional appearance and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
