Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
  • Must have experience in high-end, fast-paced venue(s).
  • Be attentive and possess exceptional levels of customer service and be detail oriented.
  • Well presentable and highly motivated.
  • Highly flexible in relation to working day(s) / hour(s).
  • Fluent in bahasa indonesia and english both speaking and writing.
  • Work well in a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Looking after all guest services, and ensure all customers receive the best standards of service possible and all the exist s.o.s. and s.o.p.s are implemented.
  • Be attentive and deliver detail-oriented service during operations to all guests.
  • Completing opening and closing checklist before and after service.
  • Manage client relationships, including responding to problems that arise during service.
  • Uphold company standards and provide elite, unmatched levels of service.
  • Be responsible for the pos system utilised onboard and all cash and e.d.c. Payments.
  • Upsell packages such as the vip lounge, cocktails, wine packages, and encouraging non incentivised return guests.
  • Oversee the boat ambience and cleanliness ensure the whole vessel always remains presentable and looks perfect during service.
  • Assisting in the daily / monthly equipment inventory and ordering.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist guests with any payment-related queries, and maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude.
  • Assist in upselling premium packages and services during guest interactions.
