• At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication skill and fluent in English.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality wellness industry.
• Familiarity with hospitality management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
