Engineering staff

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in relevant fields preferred.
• Proven experience in hotel engineering, facility maintenance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and external partners.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
