Qualifications

• Previous (4/5 years) f&b sales/marketing experience is essential..
• Degree in sales/marketing/ PR.
• Highly motivated and capable of creating and maintaining a large client network.
• Focused on providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Creative and analytical with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

Duties and responsibilities

• The sales & marketing manager, reporting directly to the owner, is responsible for driving business growth.
• Plan and execute all sales activities to increase revenue.
• Represent CP Lounge and engage with associations that can enhance sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about competitors and market trends, recommending or implementing service changes as needed.
• Collaborate closely with all departments within the company.
• Set, execute, and adapt strategies to meet annual and monthly revenue targets.
• Stay updated on key market developments that impact business or create favorable conditions.
• Achieve specific targets and motivate the sales team to meet their goals.
