- 3+ years of experience in villa management.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of property management systems.
- Ability to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Manage villa operations and guest services.
- Supervise staff and housekeeping.
- Ensure villa maintenance and safety standards.
- Handle guest reservations and requests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
- Assist in marketing and promoting the villa services.
