Kids attendant

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children, such as a kids attendant.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude are essential for engaging with children and managing their needs.
• Understanding of child safety practices and the ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Open and prepare kids club for daily activities.
• Responsible for supervising customers and children.
• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
• Maintain cleanliness of kids club.
• Work on designated area as assigned 2-4 or 5-12 age group, reception or baby administration, birthdays, parties and events.
• Ensure safety & security of child within confined area.
• Follow kids club operation childcare standards, policies procedures and health guidelines.
