Gooseberry serves a modern ‘Breakfast, brunch, Lunch & Dinner’ menu with seasonal & fresh ingredients. Our cocktails are prepared with attention to detail and can be enjoyed inside or by the pool in a relaxed tropical green oasis or at your table during dinner.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an western food sous chef
At least minimum 2 years of working experiences (sous chef)
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
