Gooseberry restaurant has air conditioning inside as well as outdoor spaces over looking the pool. Gooseberry serves a modern ‘Breakfast, brunch, Lunch & Dinner’ menu with seasonal & fresh ingredients. Our cocktails are prepared with attention to detail and can be enjoyed inside or by the pool in a relaxed tropical green oasis or at your table during dinner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an western food sous chef
  • At least minimum 2 years of working experiences (sous chef)
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Benefits

  • Basic salary 10 juta - 15 juta.
  • Service charge.
  • BPJS + tax by company.
