Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, communications or a related filed with minimum 5 years of experience, including minimum 2 years experience in a managerial role.
Proficient in marketing communication tools, channels and mass media including internet advanced computer skills in word, excel, power point & publisher.
Highly motivated, passionate, energetic with excellent interpersonal skill.
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in spoken in written english.
Indonesian citizen only and preferably bali domiciled.
Key responsibility
Leadership skill: ability to lead the team, inspire, and deliver results through strategic direction.
Marketing expertise: proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns (digital, offline, BTL, ATL), and boosting brand awareness or sales.
Digital and analytical proficiency: strong skills in digital marketing tools (SEO, google ads, social media) and data-driven decision making.
Innovative and collaborative: creative, adaptable, result-focused, and effective at cross departmental teamwork.
