Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen only and preferably bali domiciled.
- Diploma degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel management, or a related major is required, bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an executive secretary/ personal assistant in a luxury hotel.
- Fluent in english, verbal and writing with excellent drafting and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate information on a wide range of topics.
- Excellent organization skills, able to multi task, proactive, detail oriented, establish the priority, anticipate requirements and meet the deadline.
- Uphold a polite and professional demeanor, with work ethic and high integrity.
- Ideal candidates should demonstrate a high willingness to continuously learn, self- motivated, adaptive, passionate and having a good communication skill.
