Qualifications
Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role at least 1-2 years.
Good knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Physical fitness and stamina.
Ability to speak and understand english (required).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
A valid security certification/license (preferred).
Key responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property within the premises.
Monitor and control access points to the club, checking identification and authorizing entry as needed.
Patrol the property regularly to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established procedures.
Collaborate with management to resolve any security-related concerns.
Assist in managing crowd control during events and busy periods.
Maintain accurate records of any incidents or irregularities that occur on the premises.
