Qualifications

• SMK, Diploma atau setara; sertifikasi teknis atau pelatihan vokasional dalam bidang teknik adalah nilai tambah.
• Pengetahuan dasar tentang prinsip-prinsip teknik dan prosedur pemeliharaan.
• Kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang kuat dan perhatian terhadap detail.
• Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan mengikuti instruksi.
• Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
• Jam kerja 40 jam/minggu +BPJS.
• Gaji tergantung pada pengalaman.

Tanggung jawab

• Membantu dalam tugas pemeliharaan rutin, termasuk plumbing, listrik, HVAC, dan perbaikan umum.
• Melakukan inspeksi untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah di properti vila.
• Mendukung tim teknik dalam melaksanakan jadwal pemeliharaan preventif.
• Memastikan semua aktivitas pemeliharaan mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dan kebijakan perusahaan.
• Membantu dalam instalasi, pengujian, dan pengoperasian peralatan baru.
• Memelihara catatan yang akurat tentang aktivitas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan.
• Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan staf vila dan manajemen untuk memastikan operasi yang lancar.

Vila terletak di Seminyak, Kerobokan, dan Umalas (BADUNG). Bukan bagian dari kompleks, tetapi vila independen. Kandidat harus tinggal di Bali dan memiliki motor sendiri.

• Excellent in english both written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related position.
• Hotel or fine dining restaurant background is preferred.
• Strong motivation and willingness to work as a team.
