- Minimum 1 year of experience as a gardener/landscaper (preferably in a hotel or resort).
- Skilled in maintaining ornamental plants, trees, grass and gardens
- Knowledgeable in pruning, watering, fertilizing and planting techniques.
- Able to operate gardening equipment.
- Basic knowledge of plant pests, diseases and appropriate treatments.
- Physically fit, disciplined and able to work outdoors
- Well groomed, polite and professional appearance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts and during weekends or holidays if required.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and the beauty of the resort environment.
