Our café will focus on Western-style breakfast, brunch and lunch, and we are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar café environment and enjoys being part of a positive, team focused kitchen, Bar & floor area.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a café, restaurant or hotel
- with a knowledge of Basic Pastry and Bakery is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Western breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes
- Experience working in a Western-style café kitchen
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Able to work efficiently in a busy café environment
- Strong attention to the product quality and presentation
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic English communication preferred
