Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen only (no foreigner),

• Had experienced in Tourism industry minimum 1 year experience,

• Previous experience working with children, such as a kids attendant.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude are essential for engaging with children and managing their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Open and prepare kids club for daily activities.
• Responsible for supervising customers and children.
• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
• Maintain cleanliness of kids club.
• Work on designated area as assigned 2-4 or 5-12 age group, reception or baby administration, birthdays, parties and events.
• Ensure safety & security of child within confined area.
• Follow kids club operation childcare standards, policies procedures and health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales & reservation admin, with related area. experience will be beneficial.
• Fluent in english written & spoken.
• Commmunicative as team player with strong commitment and high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of reservation & sales, inventory system allotments, and freesells.
• Familiar with OTAS, B2B, extranet, inventory system.

Key responsibilities

• Requires an extremely high attention to detail data.
• Action inventory system: freesell/allotment report from suppliers.
• Release allotments when requested by supplier.
• Close out/open up freesell as advised by supplier.
• Enter block out dates into tol admin rates when resort is fully booked.
• Enter block room dates into tol admin rates when room is fullu booked (as per supplier comment instructions).
• Rebuild packages for supplier if block out dates are loaded/updated.
• Run a report and email top-up allotment request to suppliers.
• Action once response received.
• Record any action made to inventory, block out dates, rates, and packages.
• File inventory emails from suppliers into correct email folders.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman bartender min 2 tahun.
• Tahu basic minuman cocktails.
• Nanti akan di training ketika masuk.
• Bahasa inggris is a must.
