Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in high-end venues, with specific experience in preparing canapés, tapas, and desserts.
Strong expertise in creating a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and sweet dishes that showcase creativity, technique, and attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of dessert presentation, flavor combinations, and plating techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
