• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in e- commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing hotel online distribution channels, including OTAs, brand websites, and direct booking platforms.
• Strong understanding of hotel booking engines, channel managers, CRS, and PMS systems.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize online sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, HR policies, and hospitality operational standards.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations for multiple departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
