• Plan and produce high-quality content (photo/video editing is a plus).
• Monitoring performance metrics and strategies from digital marketing.
• Stay updated on marketing trends and industry competitors.
• Expertise in tools like google analytics, ads manager, and canva.
• Creative, detail-oriented thinker with strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Proficient in website development, hosting, and server management.
• Strong skills in SEO, SEM, wordpress, and database maintenance.
• Experience in troubleshooting, backups, and system security.
• Familiar with property management platforms and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, pro-active and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in english (written and spoken).

• Experience in hospitality or villa rentals management.
• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (airbnb, booking.com, expedia, tiket, traveloka, etc).
• Skilled in strategic revenue and sales reporting.
• Ability to optimize listings and manage online bookings effectively.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking).
