• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building system (HVAC, plumbing and electrical).
• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Good budget and cost control management.
• Proficient in maintenance software and property management system (PMS).
• Strong problem solving and organization skill.
• Proficient in english, both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety knowledge.
• Hospitality maintenance experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Keep our villas running smoothly with regular maintenance.
• Quickly resolve maintenance issues for guests.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
