Pendidikan & pengalaman

• Minimal pendidikan SMK/Diploma jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang engineering, maintenance, atau teknisi gedung/hotel (lebih disukai).
• Memahami dasar-dasar perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan listrik, AC, plumbing, dan mechanical.

Kemampuan teknis

• Mampu melakukan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance.
• Menguasai peralatan kerja teknik seperti multimeter, alat listrik, dan peralatan mekanik lainnya.
• Mengerti sistem dasar listrik, panel, pompa air, AC split/VRV, dan sistem plumbing.
• Mampu melakukan troubleshooting terhadap kerusakan peralatan.

Kemampuan tambahan

• Dapat bekerja dalam shift, termasuk hari libur jika diperlukan.
• Memiliki kemampuan bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cepat.
