Qualifications
- Local candidates, aged between 30-45 years old.
- Holder of a valid driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the applied position.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- Guest-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Trained in first aid and self-defense.
- Proficiency in english is a must.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Outgoing and cheerful personality.
Responsibilities and duties
- Regularly patrol the premises to maintain order and establish presence.
- Manage guest parking.
- Provide valet services to guests.
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the premises.
- Respond quickly and professionally to situations.
- Follow legal protocols before authorities arrive.
- Immediately report any suspicious activity to the head of department (HOD).
- Submit daily reports of surveillance activities and key occurrences to the HOD.
- Provide assistance to village partners and guests as needed.
