Responsibilities

• Handling booking and inquiries from all sources.
• (OTA, Direct, WhatsApp, etc).
• Liaise with management operational team in handling guest's request and issues.
• Organize and manage reservation duties in daily basis.
• Manage and optimize the reservations process.
