Responsibilities
- Handling booking and inquiries from all sources.
- (OTA, Direct, WhatsApp, etc).
- Liaise with management operational team in handling guest's request and issues.
- Organize and manage reservation duties in daily basis.
- Manage and optimize the reservations process.
