Reception supervisor

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a front desk or supervisory role, preferably in luxury villas, resorts, or five-star hotels.
• Relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field.
• Proficient in hotel management software and microsoft office.
• Excellent communication in english (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations.
• Attention to detail and maintaining high service standards.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle pressure and guest challenges with diplomacy.
