Qualifications
- Related educational background being applied.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
- Extensive experience in technical support (onsite and remote).
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software and configuring networks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willing to be placed at mason elephant park & lodge.
