Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance systems.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to support operations during busy or emergency situations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints related to maintenance professionally.
- Familiar with technical drawings, duty rosters, reports, and inventory control.
- AccorHotels experience will be an advantage.
