General qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, techniques, and regulations.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
