Our company has built eight turnkey properties, from finding the land to completely building the villas and renting them out.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with role in hospitality or villas.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building system (HVAC, plumbing and electrical).
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Good budget and cost control management.
- Proficient in maintenance software and property management system (PMS).
- Strong problem solving and organization skill.
- Proficient in english, both written and spoken.
