- D3 or S1 degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in english (spoken & written).
- Excellent personality, attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Customer service skills are a plus.
- Strong administrative, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Job description
- Input incoming database from WA/email/ig etc. & update the status of incoming leads data.
- Perform trip preparation for all destinations by checking the trip.
- Monitoring the trip on the D-day, ensuring guests are already at the destination.
- Coordination with the guide who works in the field regarding the condition of the guest every time after the trip is completed to be given a TripAdvisor link (applies to all destinations).
- Broadcast messages from qontak mekari when needed.
- Stand by replying to chats when the customer service team needs back up (during holidays or leave).
- Perform other administrative tasks according to team needs.
- Assist the administrative tasks of Indonesia juara trip and balipremium trip divisions if needed.
